An Evening with Astronaut Story Musgrave

The Colburn Museum is pleased to announce that Dr. Story Musgrave will be appearing Sunday, April 16, 2006at 7:00 PM . Story's performance, entitled “Earth As Art”, illuminates the beauty of planet Earth with a multi-media presentation that includes 160 slides he shot while in space. A veteran of six space flights, having flown on all five of NASA's shuttles, Story Musgrave is sure to offer a unique interpretation of the beauty and art of the Earth.

Dr. Musgrave will be available to sign copies of the new biography about him entitled “Story: The Way of Water” by author Anne Lenehan and copies of his DVD entitled, “A Space Story” after the performance. Copies of the book and DVD will be available for sale at the museum. A member's only reception will take place before the event and a book signing session open to the public will follow after his performance.

This event is free for Colburn Museum members and $10.00 for non-members. Tickets are available at the front desk of the Colburn Museum.
