A wonderful way to support the mission and educational work of the Colburn Earth Science Museum is to become a member of the museum, a nonprofit organization serving the community since 1960.
Members of the Colburn also enjoy such benefits annually as free admission to the Colburn, a subscription to the museum's Touchstone newsletter, discounts on programs, classes and purchases in the Colburn's The Crystal Pocket gift shop and 50 pecent off admission to the Western North Carolina Nature Center.
Memberships start at $35 a year for the Individual level and $50 a year for the Family level. Family memberships include participation with the Association of Science-Technology Centers Passport Program through which Colburn Family members receive free admission to more than 280 science and technology centers worldwide.
